1. Acceptance of Terms

5. Payments, Transactions, and Philippine Peso

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, fanchai's total liability to you for any claim arising out of your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — is limited to the amount deposited by you in the thirty-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. fanchai is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if fanchai has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits our liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law. If you have a concern about the platform's operation or believe that a technical fault has affected the outcome of a game session, you should contact fanchai support with full details of the incident as soon as possible so that the matter can be investigated.
7. Account Suspension and Closure
fanchai reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to believe that a player has violated these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, provided false registration information, or posed a risk to the integrity of the platform. In cases of suspected fraud or criminal activity, fanchai may also be required to report the matter to relevant authorities and to withhold account balances pending the outcome of an investigation.
If your account is suspended, you will generally be notified by the contact email associated with your account, although fanchai is not obligated to provide advance notice in cases where immediate suspension is necessary to prevent harm to the platform or other players. During a suspension, you will not be able to access your account, place wagers, or request withdrawals. fanchai will endeavour to resolve suspension reviews in a timely manner and to communicate the outcome clearly to the affected player.
You may also request the voluntary closure of your own account at any time by contacting fanchai support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any remaining balance at the time of closure will be returned to you via a verified payment method after all outstanding checks have been completed. Please note that closing your account does not exempt you from any obligations or liabilities that arose during the period your account was active.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
